Done and over it are the ways to show frustration or tiredness, whereas cooked takes it a notch higher it provides drama and humor. It is more dramatic to say, I am cooked, and this accentuates total fatigue or anarchy. In one instance an example can be when you say I am over it, it could mean that you are irritated, whereas when you say I am cooked it could mean you are completely finished either mentally or physically.
